Registration is now up for the 2012 Multnomah Falls Trail Run, September 29. The Walk is set for 7:30 and the Race is at 8:30. You can sign up now at active.com.
Meanwhile, December 11, 2011 brings the annual Ho Ho 5K to Cook Park. Rumor has it that hot buttered rum may be available. Plus, January 1, 2012 is the Annual Hangover Run, with a unique addition -- the New Year's Day Beer Mile.
So what is up with all the drinking, and what does it all mean? No one can really say for sure.
